WTF is up with Texas and weird, explosive/abusive religious cults? I mean, I live here and it's really puzzling me. I don't know. Here's the latest as of yesterday:

Looks like the State goofed on this too. Nobody's innocent here. I'm still kinda creeped out by the tearless crying of the mothers of these really young "brides" and their babies.
Does anyone have some experience with these sects? I want to understand, but it's really tough for me.
